What is it about?
Female entrepreneurs need support to be successful in their business. High levels of emotional and instrumental support are needed for women entrepreneurs to achieve a high firm performance when instrumental support at home is lacking. As a comparison group we surveyed male entrepreneurs and found that they can still achieve a high level of firm performance when emotional and instrumental support is low.
