What is it about?

An important question in directing enrollment efforts for growth-oriented management training programs, is whether those most easily recruited are also those with the highest potential output, or vice versa. This study of an action-oriented training program finds that both managers with medium to high participation propensities and managers with low participation propensities derived learning benefits from program participation. At the intermediate range, however, learning benefits were more questionable.
