Corporate governance practices and firm performance: a configurational analysis across corporate life cycles

What is it about?

This study is motivated to contribute to global understanding of CG phenomena at both the country-and firm-levels. Study directly answer the calls to take a configurationally approach to the study of CG phenomena, for both the institutional environment as well as firm’s internal contextual environment. This study is to explore combinations of country- level and firm-level CG practices can lead to high performance across different stages of firm’s life cycle.
