What is it about?
Facilities managers (FMs) need to have good work outcomes in order to support the organizational functions in the workplace. We show how situations that FMs face in their jobs can be tweaked or changed, so that their work outcomes can improve when they are managing public housing estates. This may lead to fewer complaints and maintenance defects.
