What is it about?

This study is taken from the literature section of the author's doctoral dissertation, and the dimensions considered in the article, which are the result of the analysis of the research literature section, can be supportive in the continuation of experimental research in the VHRD field. As the author of the present study in his dissertation is busy designing products for human resource development programs based on technology, he relies on the components extracted from the literature.
