The nexus between dynamic capabilities and competitive firm performance: the mediating role of open innovation

What is it about?

This research operationalises the open innovation as a reflective-formative construct with three sub-dimensions. Literature, shows that the effect of dynamic capabilities to firm's competitive performance are both direct and indirect. This manuscript addresses this issue, and empirically provides evidence that open innovation mediates the relationship between dynamic capability and firm competitive performance.
