What is it about?
There needs to be more development of studies on the effect of innovation on happiness as applied to the tourism sector. The implementation of the happiness management philosophy offers tourism companies the possibility of implementing a human resources policy that allows them to bring out the creative talent and inner innovation of their internal customers in the era of Industry 5.0. The condition must be achieved to enjoy happy tourism managers, thereby facilitating all organisation members' ethical, sustainable and innovative development.
