What is it about?

This study focused on the actual knowledge exploitation and exploration for organizational learning, and not just the tendencies or willingness of management to adopt these learning strategies. We subsequently looked at how these learning strategies influenced SMEs’ innovation performance, and the role openness has to play in these relationships.
