What is it about?

Given the current situation (e.g., the "great resignation", the aging workforce), many occupations are suffering from labor shortages. It is important to find ways to retain and reemploy mature, skillful workers. This study finds that decreases in work meaningfulness caused by workplace age discrimination lower older workers' intentions to continue working after retirement.
