What is it about?
Employer branding activities that involve multiple communication channels, aid in integrated communication. When integrated communication is effective, it aids in attracting employees within the organization. Employee attraction is an attitude which makes the employee feeling proud about their organization and also think of their organization to be different and better than the rest. This subsequently helps the employee to engage in positive behaviors and stay with they present organization. Integrated communication is also about multiple communication channels and so the combined effect of integrated communication and the employees' preference of communication channels on employee attraction is the scope of this study.
