The purpose of this paper is to examine the relation between the utilization of the customization strategy and the availability of the online toolkit and its features with the commercial variables of businesses.

Diego de Castro Fettermann is Associate Professor in the Department of Production and Systems Engineering of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Florianópolis, Brazil. Mr. Fettermann holds Master and PhD in Industrial Engineering from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He teaches courses in Statistics and Forecasting Models, Facility Planning, and Project Management. Has experience in the areas of new product development, mass customization, and statistical analysis.
