What is it about?
This study was conducted on customers in the USA who recently visited quick service restaurants. Its objective is to first understand how food quality, service quality, convenience and ambiance influence the customers' overall satisfaction and future intentions to either return or recommend QSRs to other individuals. Also this study investigated whether overall satisfaction influenced the customers' perception of the food, the service, the convenience and the ambience of QSRs and if they will return and recommend to others.
