What is it about?

the overall aim of the work is to measure consumers preferences for wheat flour attributes. Nutritional and traditional (in terms of milling) level, price, and other flour attributes are simultaneously evaluated by drawing on a machine learning algorithm; this technique from the Artificial Intelligence offers an indication of future trends based on what happened in the past.
