What is it about?

Whistleblowing exposes potential food safety and quality issues, and inappropriate and illegal practices within food companies. The goal for a whistleblower is that internal or public exposure will force both change and consumer protection. The framework developed will provide food industry practitioners guidance on the application of whistleblowing strategies within a food crime management system.
