What is it about?
At the hiring stage, employers may subject job applicants to personality tests. If employers hire applicants who have high Conscientiousness and high Openness personality traits, our study shows that they would make good project managers who are concerned for both the project outcomes (time, cost, quality) and the team members' well-being.
