What is it about?
We use discrete choice experiments (DCE) on 211 Chinese agricultural insurers to determine their preferences in offering agricultural insurance to Chinese farmers. We show for the first time that insurance agents have different preferences for the nature and type of agricultural (livestock) insurance products they offer.
