What is it about?
The purchaser-provider arrangements dictate the purchasers to determine the outputs and the intended outcomes, and the provider to deliver products or services to the citizens according to the expected outputs and outcomes. We show how management control mechanisms were operated within this inter-organizational partnership arrangement to ensure the activities of one party are consistent with the other parties’ expectations.
