What is it about?
Examines talent management as an emerging issue in China and the need for research and management training for Chinese companies ,both State- owned Enterprises and private and emerging small and medium enterprises. Provides a case study of Hangzhou and the relationship between Leeds Beckett University ( previously Leeds Metropolitan University) and Zhejiang University of Technology.Looks at the employment trajectories of graduate alumni from the masters in International Trade and Finance on their return to China.
