What is it about?
Complexity of humans and execution of maintenance tasks on complex technical systems inevitably lead to the occurrence of errors. Some of them are to9lerable, but some could be catastrophic. Hence, it is necessary to recognise this and design the technical systems in the way to prevent maintenance error and also to prevent maintainers from the consequences of their errors.

Why is it important?
Fact that from now on every engineer, manager and decision makers knows that human errors are always present, so they must take active actions to reduce the probability of their occurrences.
