What is it about?
This study looks into the attributes that business graduates should possess to be employable in Malaysia. The HR managers rank the attributes in terms of knowledge, skills, abilities and personality traits. The importance-performance analysis gives an indication of which attributes are important to the employer and how employees have performed against these attributes.

This study assists the university to review the existing curriculum according to industry expectations in the delivery of its business courses in terms of knowledge taught, skills required, abilities expected and personalities displayed. Lecturers can improve their delivery by modifying their teaching approaches and assessment methods to incorporate the attributes regarded highly by industries
