Why is it important?
There is no doubt about the Key role of coachee engagement in the success of coaching. However, limited evidence exists on the role of coachee personality in coaching success. Accordingly, the coachee characteristics of learning goal orientation, pre-training motivation, feedback receptivity, and developmental self-efficacy are recognized as important predictors of coaching effectiveness and were examined in this study.
