Perspectives

Qualitative research may seem overwhelming to those new to the field. That was the case for me as a doctoral student. This paper provides a detailed description of the steps that I took to collect and analyze data in a leadership study. I include examples and visuals to help with following the process. I hope that you find this paper useful as you engage in qualitative research.
