What is it about?
This paper integrates complexity theory with wicked problems in the context of large system change to enhance understanding of how change actually takes place in the context of large systems. Understanding complexity and wickedness, we argue, enhances the ability to successfully guide such change.

Why is it important?
The world greatly needs system change to move towards more harmony with nature's constraints and enhance wellbeing and dignity for all. We believe that the work in this paper helps us move in that direction as change agents.
