What is it about?
The importance of our mental health to our overall wellbeing has especially been heightened during the COVID-19 pandemic. This has highlighted the greater need for psychologists in the Caribbean and the gaps within the current training models utilised. I present an organising framework that can be employed to build capacity in and of Psychologists in the English-speaking Caribbean.
