What is it about?
Designing and funding Urgent Care Clinics closer to patient’s homes for minor infections and injuries, which are open extended hours with walk-in availability and onsite radiology, with a standards and vocationally registered medical professionals provide an option for treatment of non-life-threatening urgent conditions other than Emergency Department. We determine which factors are associated with patient presentations with non-life-threatening urgent conditions to an After-Hours General Practice, an Urgent Care Clinic, and an Emergency Department on Sundays in Southeast Queensland.
