What is it about?
Allied health professionals are the second largest health sector workforce and when administrators look at re-structuring the workforce, they rarely take into consideration the needs of this diverse workforce. Allied health have specific governance requirements to function optimally and they need to be structured appropriately within particular contexts, such as the fast paced public hospital setting.
