What is it about?
Mentoring increasingly takes place in an international context, so it is important to consider the role of culture in these developmental relationships. Organizations should also broaden their mentoring attention beyond the traditional expatriate. New forms of intercultural mentoring for and by expatriates and their HCN colleagues could play a key role in effective MNC knowledge management and organization development.
