Workplace information literacy: a bridge to the development of innovative work behaviour

What is it about?

There are several well-known factors that encourage employees to learn to become innovative at work. These include the culture of the workplace and access to training. Here we show for the first time that information literacy is also an important factor. This because information literacy underpins workplace learning.
