What is it about?

The study explores factors affecting middle managers’ readiness to implement necessary changes to shift towards regenerative business models. It first highlights the crucial role of middle managers in driving RBM changes. Through the development of a typology, this research also allows to categorize middle managers into different roles for effective RBM implementation. Finally, this research provides insight on how to boost middle managers’ adhesion to RBM transition.
