What is it about?

Australia is developing a digital National Skills Passport for its workforce to facilitate skill, experience, and qualification mobility. University students, as the next generation workforce, would be amongst the first adopters. So, how are universities preparing these students with the 'soft skills' they will need in their Passport to gain employment?

Why is it important?

This is the first known study with "students as partners", collaborating with industry and academia to explore the topic of a National Skills Passport in Australia.

Perspectives
