What is it about?
Internships are a key way for students to boost their career prospects after graduation. We show that it's not just how well interns perform at a single point in time that matters, but how their performance improves throughout the internship. Our study reveals that interns who show consistent growth are more likely to receive job offers and earn higher salaries after graduation.
