What is it about?
This study examines the experiences of migrant men working in Turkey’s food-delivery sector. It shows how platform systems, customer evaluations, insecure work, and migration-related inequalities can shape workers’ access to opportunities, recognition, and inclusion. It also explores how these experiences affect masculine expectations around breadwinning and responsibility. Migrant workers often rely on informal support networks for belonging and practical help, but these networks do not replace the responsibility of platform organizations to ensure fair and inclusive working conditions. bu versiyon nasıl

Why is it important?
