What is it about?
This paper explores the link between the personality characteristics and attitudes of small-business owners and their internationalisation. We look specifically at Australian businesswomen. We find few substantial differences between the small business owners and women employed in senior strategic roles. We argue that perhaps starting a business shifts attitudes and self-perceptions.
