What is it about?
Controlling the position and the speed of domain wall within a magnetic nanowire remains a challenge. In this study, we investigated domain wall pinning and its dynamics in nanocontricted devices.

Why is it important?
Stability of domain wall of more than one year could be achieved in in-plane anisotropy materials such as NiFe. This result is promising and the study could be extended to other high anisotropy materials for further performance toward the application.
