What is it about?
Our work is similar to chromatin states, which use histone mark ChIP-seq data from multiple cell types to annotate the human genome, Here, we instead using replication timing data as the source of annotation.

Why is it important?
Our work provides an alternative way to annotate the human genome, especially on the non-coding part. Since replication timing is important mechanism, we believe RT states provide unique perspective on the functional potential of different regions in the genome.
