What is it about?
250 maxillary and 177 mandibular extractions of hopeless teeth were performed. Electrical mallet was used to carry out the surgery instead of conventional procedure with luxators, elevators and forceps. Intraoral x-rays were performed to evaluate the cortical bone plate preservation. Post-operative control at 2 weeks was programmed to control soft tissue healing
