What is it about?
This updates the risk of ALCL in the Australian and New Zealand population. The findings show increased risk for high surface area/roughness implants (grade 3/4) lending further weight to the unifying hypothesis of bacteria, textured implants, genetics and time as major risk factors for this cancer.
