Vegard Tuseth founded Nuheart AS in 2014 to develop a ventricular assist device (VAD), for patients with severe heart failure. He talks about his move from a senior clinical position in a large teaching hospital to setting up the company based in Bergen, Norway single-handedly.

Why is it important?
