Why is it important?

Our findings show that philosophy-based language teaching is capable of improving second language learners' command of speaking and writing. The approach can be applied to any language in any context.

Perspectives

Language teachers are concerned about how they can improve their students' command of speaking and writing in a second language. There have been different methods of teaching languages, but mostly theoretical. This is an approach based on empirical findings and therefore a useful one.
