What is it about?
Values and ethics are pivotal in the work of social workers with older people. We validated the Values, ethics and theoretical perspectives subscale of the Hartford Geriatric Social Work Competency Scale-II with Portuguese social workers. This subscale can be used as a tool for evaluating social workers' ethical behaviour.
