What is it about?
This is a case presentation on a rare diabetic condition and acute complication; the most classical characteristic of this condition of symptoms of hemichorea traced to the basal ganglion, the hyper-density of CT imaging, and hyper-signal T1 imaging of MRI, which could be differentiated from that of cranial hemorrhage. To date, this syndrome is rare in the neurology ward, according to reports worldwide. Thus, we utilized the Arterial Span Labeling (ASL) series to identify the delicate microcirculrity change in the corresponding area.
