What is it about?
Overall prevalence of Mollicutes infection was 22.3% (> 20.000 analyzed subjects). Ureaplasma species showed high levels of ciprofloxacin resistance (39.5%), whereas Mycoplasma hominis strains were nonsusceptible to azithromycin and roxithromycin in about 60% of cases.
