A proposal to make a "photograph" of the dark depression surrounding the event horizon of the supermassive black hole at the center of our Galaxy.

Why is it important?
For the first time in a century after general relativity was founded in 1916, we have the technology to make a radio "photograph" of one of Einstein's most famous pedictions: the existence of an event horizon. This discovery would validate Einstein's theory where gravity is superstrong.
