Why is it important?
This study showed a variety of pain from different musculoskeletal origins and neurodynamic testing showed significant mechanosensitivity in 88% of the patients with CPPS. Pudendal nerve mechanosensitivity was found in 85% of patients, but multiple nerves of the lumbosacral plexus can be attained.
