The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between self-reported physical activity (PA), exercise self-efficacy and body satisfaction in a sample of older adults with Type 2 diabetes (T2DM) classified in different stages of change.

This study takes into account the predictive value of exercise self-efficacy, body satisfaction, stage behaviour change, age, and duration of diabetes on PA levels in older adults with T2DM.
