Why is it important?

Studying food additives exposures over time provides an opportunity to observe the impact that innovation and new legislative provisions can have on exposure in patients with allergy and inborn errors of metabolism. This is essential to ensuring food safety and the protection of the consumer.

Perspectives

This work supported by Danone and enabled by the powerful software of Creme Global is an important development for assessing exposures in patients consuming medical nutrition products.
