Development projects in terrorism affected areas is an arduous, complex and challenging task. These projects are adversely affected by exceptional circumstances besides insecurity and terrorism itself. However, to ensure a progressive development, the critical risk factors specific to such areas is imperative to identify and include in the overall project planning.
