What is it about?
When companies does not have enough work force, outsourcing is an ideal way to get work done. Wherein, another outsourcing company/ individual would share its resources. Thus, this research aimed at increasing virtual quantity surveyors' job opportunities via outsourcing.

Why is it important?
Construction organizations can reduce their in house workers. so, the O/Hs of companies will be reduced. Meantime, the research output will guide the willing companies to make decisions on deciding outsourcable services and drivers of outsourcing.
Perspectives
There are lot countries and/or organization requiring experienced service providers in Quantity surveying. If the organization hires an employee, have to spend considerable amount on overheads and facilities. Thus, considering the nature of quantity surveying practice. This research initiated with an intention of acquiring skilled quantity surveyors to the construction project via a virtual working environment. Thus, as the initial step research addressed in perspective of outsourcing options.
