Why is it important?
IT'S HISTORICALLY IMPORTANT BECAUSE THIS HAS NEVER BEEN ACCURATELY RESEARCHED ALTHOUGH THERE ARE OTHER ACCOUNTS IN WHICH THE EXACT DATES ARE INCORRECT. HIS IS A HISTORY OF THE ABORIGINAL MEN WOMEN POTTERS IN THE AUSTRALIAN CENTRAL DESERT WHO BEGAN MAKING POTTERY IN THE 1960S AND THEN AGAIN IN THE 1990S - AND BEFORE THAT THERE WAS NO ABORIGINAL TRADITION OF POTTERY MAKING.
