What is it about?

This manifesto present 10 recommendations for a better future for the field of work and organizational psychology. It also present both short-term and long-term steps that can be taken by individuals and collectives to ensure a more sustainable future for the field.

This manifesto is important not just for all work and organizational psychologists but also for anyone interested in improving our research, practices and academic institutions. Central to the manifesto are dignity and democracy which are needed to improve our universities.
